Coronavirus Update #2

At Travel Journals, the coronavirus outbreak across Australia and the World has not been taken lightly. We have been closely monitoring the development of COVID-19 and are taking appropriate factors into play for the foreseeable future. And whilst the outbreak across the world is really only just beginning, Australia is (Victoria exempt) recovering and opening up. Tasmania hasn't had a new coronavirus case in 50 days. This is a great achievement, and due to Tasmanian being officially COVID-Free, we are happy to announce all measures have been removed. These Include:

  • Hard Copies: Sales will recommence on the 20th of July

  • Digital Copies have and will not be affected

  • Processing time will return to 5 Business days for digital and 10 for hard copies.

  • Hygiene protocols will remain in place

Important Information Regarding COVID-19

We have been closely monitoring the development of COVID-19 and are taking appropriate factors into play for the foreseeable future. Recent developments across the globe have led us to make the following announcement.

  • All sales of hard copies have been temporarily suspended, effective immediately. This does not effect anyone who has an existing order or any digital copies.

  • Any unfulfilled existing orders will have their orders managed under strict hygiene protocol to minimize a potential transmission. Anyone who wishes to cancel their order may do so by contacting us at (smundy122@gmail.com) and a full refund will be processed within 7 working days.

There will be no impact on digital copies.

With COVID-19 now impacting our operation, please be advised that: processing time has now been increased to 10 Business days for all future and unfulfilled digital and hard copies.

These updates will be reviewed fortnightly.
